Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the Board
Often referred to as “The 6 Billion Dollar Man”, Mr. Ullmann has led some of the most iconic fashion and celebrity brands to massive success. As President of FUBU International, he lead the fashion giant from $70 million to $700 million and in his role as President of New Business Development at Phat Fashions he lead the organization from $80 million to $800 million.
He is arguably the world’s leading expert in celebrity brand development, brand management, licensing, and monetization having overseen the successful launches of brands for clients who include Jennifer Lopez, Steven Tyler, Nicki Minaj, and many others. The brands he has worked with have generated over $6 billion dollars in global sales.
Mr. Writer is a serial entrepreneur and investor with over 31 years of experience in corporate finance, capital formation, executive level management, mergers & acquisitions, software development, licensing & distribution, and sales & marketing.
At the age of 21, he was the youngest owner and operator of a full service investment banking firm in the history of the United States where he was directly involved in over $100 million in financing, dozens of IPO’s and mergers & acquisitions for early stage and start up companies. He continues his passion for investing as a founding member of Angel Investors Network, Inc. an investment group of successful entrepreneurs, investment bankers, angel investors, marketing & management experts, lawyers, and accountants who have built companies in a diverse set of industries.
Mr. Writer is a nationally known keynote speaker on the subject of digital marketing. He is often referred to as “The Entrepreneur’s Best Friend” and has been coaching and consulting entrepreneurs and business leaders for over 14 years in the disciplines of business strategy, marketing, capital engineering, and corporate finance.
Chief Operations Officer
Jeff Barnes is a former US Navy Nuclear power plant operator on a Submarine, Navy diver, risk management director, technology enthusiast, business growth expert, advisor and management consultant. Mr. Barnes sits on the boards of startup companies, runs a venture fund, is the Chair of the Veterans Council on C-Suite and the executive director of a Veteran-focused non-profit. Mr. Barnes helps businesses develop systems and processes based on military principles to create exponential growth.
As a nuclear trained mechanic and scuba diver on a US Navy Submarine, Jeff Barnes traveled the world underwater at extreme depths, running a nuclear power plant and sleeping with torpedoes while learning invaluable skills. His innate leadership ability and understanding of complex systems allowed him to run the largest division on his submarine and take charge of the ship’s quality control program. After an honorable discharge from the Navy, Mr. Barnes took his expertise and experience to Corporate America, helping clients grow their businesses as a risk management consultant and helping entrepreneurs develop strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Barnes spearheaded international projects as an Innovation and technology director working with Corporate VC’s, strategic partners, and other Fortune 500 leaders to bring new technology and ideas to the global marketplace.
Having personally spent over $7 Million on digital marketing campaigns, mentoring, and advising over 1,000 companies, and helping companies generate over $1 billion in investment capital, and taking one company from $0 – $17 Million in under eight months, Mr. Barnes is uniquely positioned to scale fast growth companies.
Jeff earned his Leadership MBA in 2011 from the University of Washington and now mentors young professionals and entrepreneurs alike. During his free time, he spends a great deal of time coaching his two boys’ sports teams, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and enjoying life with his wife, Amara.

A 20-year Award winning Broadcast Journalist with an emphasis on Public Relations and Community Affairs, Kelly Bennett was a reporter, anchor, TV host, Radio Host, senior assignment manager then transitioned into public/community affairs; managing community/public relations for two Fortune 500 companies.
In 2009, she founded Bennett Unlimited PR giving her clients local, national and international notoriety as well as connecting them to Influencers, networking groups, celebrities, VIP’s, private clubs, executive round-tables, entrepreneur gatherings and charity functions to further their career and goals.
In 2019, Kelly received the Ambassador for Peace Award from the Universal Peace Federation and in 2011, Kelly was awarded the California Governor and First Lady’s Service Award for her volunteerism and community work. In 2005, she received a Commendation from Orange County Sheriff’s Department, The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and US Postal Office for bringing the AMBER Alert to Orange County and in 2004 she was given a Commendation from County of Orange “Adoption Needs in Orange County” program. She won Business Woman of Distinction, American Business Woman’s Association in 2001.
Kelly is the Society Editor for Orange County Newspapers which are delivered to most all cities in the Orange County area. Her column covers non-profit galas, events and lifestyles of the society scene.
She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America, Orange County, eWomen Network, Advisory Council Member for Special Olympics of Orange County, Honorary Member for Orange County Family Justice Center and Past-President of the Orange County Community Relations Council.
Director of Talent Partnerships
Ms. Ullmann is a seasoned executive with a proven record of success within the music, film and entertainment industries. She excels at building synergistic brand partnerships.
Her passion can be traced back to her childhood in LA attending The Buckley School, with schoolmates, Tracy Nelson (daughter of Rockstar Ricky Nelson), Melissa Gilbert, (President SAG and Little House on the Prairie) and her brother’s BFF, Josh Brolin aka Thanos in the Avengers, as well as Abigail Disney, Bret Easton Ellis and many more.
Ms. Ullmann utilizes her experience in the language of the film and music industry to build lucrative business collaborations to create leverage and efficacy in the 2.4 billion dollar Instagram, and 16 billion on YouTube markets.
As CFO of Titan Capital Brands LLC, a private business development group. Ms. Ullmann brings her passion for finance and experience from Drexel Burnham to bear, curating multi-faceted business solutions with her dynamic industry icons. Her superior reputation has been cultivated through multiple implementations, such as brand building via digital social networks, start-up funding and business development.
Ms. Ullmann launched MELT Media & Music Group, an immersive digital media company, to partner with Titan influencers creating intra-divisional opportunities and synergies.
MELT is a unique accelerator for youth and incubator programs. They encourage team building, using digital networks to integrate the medium of film music lyrics and art, to share local trends and compelling community stories.
Ms. Ullmann is the Producer of MELT’s, (Mentorship Empowering Leaders of Tomorrow) “Reel Heroes” series, which provides equal access to iconic celebrities, athletes, and musicians, such as Daymond John, Steve Forbes, Waka Flocka Flame and Tommy Hilfiger. These iconic leaders share their personal stories and answer questions to help young entrepreneurs realize their dreams.
Ms. Ullmann attended University of Connecticut School of Business for her MBA, and she has her BA in International Relations from the University of Southern California. She is married with three children.
Growing up in LA, Ms. Ullmann had a monkey, Clyde, and two gorillas, Sam and Sophie. She believes that living outside the box creates the extraordinary. She has passion for mentorship, building senior networks and Equalitude – an attitude of equality.

Kevin Harrington has been a successful entrepreneur over the last 40 years. He is an Original Shark on the ABC hit, Emmy winning TV show, “Shark Tank.” He is also the Inventor of the Infomercial, As Seen On TV Pioneer, Co- Founder of the Electronic Retailers Association (ERA) and Co- Founder of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).
Kevin has launched over 20 businesses that have grown to over $100 million in sales each, has been involved in more than a dozen public companies, and has launched over 500 products generating more than $5 billion in sales worldwide with iconic brands and celebrities such as Jack Lalanne, Tony Little, George Foreman, and the new I-Grow hair restoration product on QVC. Kevin has extensive experience in business all over the world, opening distribution outlets in over 100 countries worldwide. His success led Mark Burnett to hand pick Kevin to become an Original Shark on Shark Tank where he filmed over 175 segments.
He is a co-founder of the EO (Entrepreneurs Organization), which has grown to 45 countries and thousands of members, generating over $500 billion of member sales. In 1990, co- founded the global direct to consumer organization and trade show, the Electronic Retailers Association (ERA). Today ERA is the exclusive trade association to represent a global $350-billion direct-to-consumer market place, encompassing 450 different companies in 45 countries.
The true value of Kevin is not only the 40 years of his knowledge of building businesses but also what he can do for other companies in many industries with his global Rolodex and his ability to solve problems.
Mark Simo co-founded popular brand No Fear, Inc. in 1989. He also co-founded Orange 21, Inc. (formerly known as Spy Optic Inc.) and served as its Chief Executive Officer from October 2006 to September 2008 where he oversaw strategic initiatives to improve operations. Additionally, he developed new growth strategies for the core Spy Optic business. Since September 1990, he has served as CEO of No Fear, Inc. And from February 1984 to August 1990, he served as Vice President of Life’s A Beach, an apparel company.
Mr. Simo served as the CEO of Spy Optic Inc. from August 1994 to July 2004. He also served as the Chairman of Orange 21 Inc. from August 1994 to October 16, 2006 and as its Co-Chairman since October 16, 2006. Additionally, he has been a Director of No Fear, Inc. since September 1990 and served as Director of Orange 21 Inc. from August 1994 to December 2008.
