Bernt Ullmann is the President and CEO of Star Branding Equity Holdings (SBEH), a critically acclaimed licensing and brand management consumer focused partnership between Tommy and Andy Hilfiger, Joe Lamastra and Mr. Ullmann. Founded in 2009, the group specializes in creating, incubating, developing, marketing and distributing leading global lifestyle brands.

Mr. Ullmann procured a contractual arrangement early 2013 with Mr. Eddie Lampert, Chairman and CEO of Sears Holdings Corporation, under which Star Branding became the operator of the group’s Shop Your Way Brands division, with Mr. Ullmann assuming the role of CEO for Shop Your Way, reporting directly to Mr. Lampert. In this capacity, Mr. Ullmann oversaw the highly successful launch of the two celebrity brands Nicki Minaj and Adam Levine, with retail sales projected to surpass $200 million by the end of the third full year of operations.

Randy Park is the founder and president of Printex, Inc., a Textile Screen Print and Embroidery Company with annual sales in excess of $4,200,000.  He is responsible for all aspects of the business from business development to staffing and managing the production facility and delivery of finished products.

Founded in 1987, Printex, Inc., in Hannibal Missouri, is a 165,000 sq. ft. facility and printers for the likes of Harley Davidson, VF (Lee, Wrangler, North Face, Nautica, Timberland, etc.), Knights Apparel, and others that ship to Kmart, WalMart, Target, etc.  It is planned for Mr. Parks and Printex to facilitate 100% CLB business unless sub-contracted elsewhere.

Printex Inc. is a direct to garment, embroidery, screen printing, hang tag, and custom neck branding facility located in Hannibal, Missouri and has been in business since 1987.  Customers include Harley Davidson, Bass Pro Shop, VF, Pel Industries, Knights Apparel, and other customers that ship to WalMart, Kmart, Target, and other large retailers.

Printex also provides direct to consumer Pick-Pack-Fulfillment service to its customers.  Printex maintains a 165,000 square foot facility with 16 automatic screen printing presses and 110 embroidery heads that support production.

KEVIN HARRINGTON

Kevin Harrington has been a successful entrepreneur over the last 40 years. He is an Original Shark on the ABC hit, Emmy winning TV show, “Shark Tank.” He is also the Inventor of the Infomercial, As Seen On TV Pioneer, Co- Founder of the Electronic Retailers Association (ERA) and Co- Founder of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).

Kevin has launched over 20 businesses that have grown to over $100 million in sales each, has been involved in more than a dozen public companies, and has launched over 500 products generating more than $5 billion in sales worldwide with iconic brands and celebrities such as Jack Lalanne, Tony Little, George Foreman, and the new I-Grow hair restoration product on QVC. Kevin has extensive experience in business all over the world, opening distribution outlets in over 100 countries worldwide. His success led Mark Burnett to hand pick Kevin to become an Original Shark on Shark Tank where he filmed over 175 segments.

He is a co-founder of the EO (Entrepreneurs Organization), which has grown to 45 countries and thousands of members, generating over $500 Billion of member sales. In 1990 he co- founded the global direct to consumer organization and trade show, the Electronic Retailers Association (ERA). Today ERA is the exclusive trade association to represent a global $350-billion direct-to-consumer market place, encompassing 450 different companies in 45 countries.

MICHAEL FUGLAR

In 2004 Michael Fugler acquired US EURO Securities, Inc., a boutique investment banking firm, and focused on the micro-cap, small-cap sector, providing international services that are customarily only available to much larger companies. Mr. Fugler opened satellite offices serving three continents, offering a range of traditional investment banking and international services, including American, European, and Asian-Pacific roadshows with an emphasis on exchange listing, private placements, public offerings, international institutional exposure, international research coverage, and cross-border market entry and development.

In 1996 Mr. Fugler launched an investment banking career by joining I-Bankers Securities and heading up a New York office as a principle and partner. Mr. Fugler was responsible for investment banking negotiation and documentation of transaction terms, due diligence, all aspects of the transaction process, coordinating legal, auditing and issuer development and completion of offering and marketing materials. Mr. Fugler helped develop I-Bankers investment banking and built a plan to succeed in international small cap equity markets by opening and working out of European satellite offices. Mr. Fugler traveled throughout Europe with Issuers for roadshow presentations to institutional investors, giving small cap issuers access to capital markets and institutional investors access to choice small cap investments. Mr. Fugler focused on investment banking, international presence, IPO and private placement origination, institutional distribution, innovative approach, integrity and insight.
