CLB will handle the digital marketing for Champions Basketball League and their groundbreaking crowdfunding team ownership strategy. The partnership provides Milian the freedom to focus on the creative aspects of her multiple businesses in music, and upcoming products. Celebrity Lifestyle Brands will help with day-to-day operations, digital marketing, e-commerce and back-office functions.

On September 1, 2016 CLB (Celebrity Lifestyle Brands), executed an “Asset Purchase Agreement” to acquire all the assets and client base relating to an ecommerce software platform that allows small business owners to operate an ecommerce store from their website to our hosting solution. CLB provided T-REX ownership shares of common stock for the purchase of T-REX assets and customer base.
A part of the acquisition is a client base of over 1,000 small business owners (internet marketers) that have purchased the software to build and launch an ecommerce store for their business.
On June 1, 2016 Celebrity Lifstye Brands (CLB) signed an option agreement with Medford Randal Park to acquire 100% ownership of Printex Inc.
Printex maintains a 165,000 square foot facility with 16 automatic screen printing presses and 110 embroidery heads that support production. The Midwest location provides an advantage from a shipping cost and delivery time. As of June 2016, Printex has fulfilled and shipped over 175,000 units to individuals through our new direct to consumer Pick-Pack-Fulfillment service.
