On January 11, 2018 CLB (Celebrity Lifestyle Brands), created a New Entity around its ecommerce platform T-REX. The New Company was formed as a New Delaware Corporation and will be called T-REXecom, Inc.
T-REXecom, Inc., is a wholly owned subsidiary of Celebrity Lifestyle Brands, Inc., and will focus specifically on T-REXecom platform sales and T-REX LIVE Events. The New Company will bring in additional management to run the Company and focus on improving and expanding the platforms unique offerings.
T-REXecom LIVE events are proven winners with two successful events completed in 2017. The New entity will take over all T-REXecom LIVE event responsibilities letting CLB to focus on its core business of working with Celebrities and Influencers. CLB uses the T-REXecom software platform as a tool to bring in new Celebrity Clients and help monetize these new relationships to the benefit of the Company’s bottom-line.
CLB CEO, Bernt Ullmann said of the move; “CLB will continue to guide T-REX and assist where necessary through our developing relationships with our Celebrity Clients as we look to integrate the platform where we can in support of the Company’s overall vison.”
