Celebrity Lifestyle Brands Acquires Apparel Brand, Big Noggin™ From Pop Worx

On December 12, 2017 CLB (Celebrity Lifestyle Brands), acquired 50% of Big Noggin Apparel created by Fashion Artist Sam Maxwell of Pop Worx.

The Big Noggin line is a fun a whimsical casual apparel line created by Sam Maxwell, an artist, world class photographer and apparel industry veteran who will lead the creative side of the acquisition. Mr. Maxwell has created this and several other lines that continue to bring him acclaim for his design talents with his finger on the pulse of the apparel industry.

CLB CEO, Bernt Ullmann says; “Big Noggin is a good fit for CLB who is very involved with the Celebrity branded merchandise and feels the line will strike a favorable cord with consumers and buyers moving forward.” CLB will facilitate the business activities for the line and seek out manufactures representatives who will help bring the line to retail. The Big Noggin line will also be offered to the Company’s T-REXecom community, selling direct to end users and ramping up the lines awareness more efficiently. CLB President Greg Writer goes on to say; “Big Noggin is a great fit for us as we are always looking for new and exciting products lines to bring to our T-REX community of ecommerce sellers”.
