Celebrity Lifestyle Brands, Inc. was formed in 2016 by co-founders Bernt Ullmann and Greg Writer as a holding and management company that partners with celebrities to launch product and apparel brands in the digital marketplace by leveraging the power of social media and eCommerce.

Often referred to as “The 6 Billion Dollar Man”, Mr. Ullmann has led some of the most iconic fashion and celebrity brands to massive success. As President of FUBU International, he lead the fashion giant from $70 million to $700 million and in his role as President of New Business Development at Phat Fashions he lead the organization from $80 million to $800 million.
He is arguably the world’s leading expert in celebrity brand development, brand management, licensing, and monetization having overseen the successful launches of brands for clients who include Jennifer Lopez, Steven Tyler, Nicki Minaj, and many others. The brands he has worked with have generated over $6 billion dollars in global sales.
Mr. Writer is a serial entrepreneur and investor with over 31 years of experience in corporate finance, capital formation, executive level management, mergers & acquisitions, software development, licensing & distribution, and sales & marketing.
At the age of 21, he was the youngest owner and operator of a full service investment banking firm in the history of the United States where he was directly involved in over $100 million in financing, dozens of IPO’s and mergers & acquisitions for early stage and start up companies. He continues his passion for investing as a founding member of Angel Investors Network, Inc. an investment group of successful entrepreneurs, investment bankers, angel investors, marketing & management experts, lawyers, and accountants who have built companies in a diverse set of industries.
Mr. Writer is a nationally known keynote speaker on the subject of digital marketing. He is often referred to as “The Entrepreneur’s Best Friend” and has been coaching and consulting entrepreneurs and business leaders for over 14 years in the disciplines of business strategy, marketing, capital engineering, and corporate finance.
Mr. Park is the founder and president of Printex, Inc., a Textile Screen Print and Embroidery Company with annual sales in excess of $4,200,000. He is responsible for all aspects of the business from business development to staffing and managing the production facility and delivery of finished products.
Founded in 1987, Printex, Inc., in Hannibal Missouri, is a 165,000 sq. ft. facility and printers for the likes of Harley Davidson, VF (Lee, Wrangler, North Face, Nautica, Timberland, etc.), Knights Apparel, and others that ship to Kmart, WalMart, Target, etc. It is planned for Mr. Parks and PrintTech to facilitate 100% CLB business unless sub-contracted elsewhere.

Paul Hoyt, managing partner of Hoyt Management Group and best-selling author, has led hundreds of CEO’s, entrepreneurs, and executives from around the globe through their unique journeys of growth and discovery. His experience includes management responsibilities at Oracle, EDS, Litton Industries, and Qwest Cyber Solutions, and he’s helped clients and businesses of all sizes achieve tremendous success in funding and executing their growth and exit strategies, goals, and objectives.
Paul is an authority at managing high risk, large-scale programs, and complex, cross-functional project teams, to achieve both incremental and revolutionary improvements across multiple and international locations. He has extensive experience in helping companies design, implement, and manage alliances and partnerships, and support channel sales and marketing organizations.
Hundreds more individuals have been helped from his powerful coaching and mentorship abilities, guiding them in developing specific skills and knowledge to enhance their professional and personal growth. Paul has served on the faculty of the CEO Space Business Growth Conference for 10 years, and spends his time as a mentor and consultant, board member, and financial advisor to dozens of companies, veteran entrepreneurial organizations, and many other non-profit and other organizations across the country.
Paul has successfully started and managed two professional services companies, and continues to inspire his clients, his team, and his community on their journeys of growth and discovery.
Kevin Harrington has been a successful entrepreneur over the last 40 years. He is an Original Shark on the ABC hit, Emmy winning TV show, “Shark Tank.” He is also the Inventor of the Infomercial, As Seen On TV Pioneer, Co- Founder of the Electronic Retailers Association (ERA) and Co- Founder of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).
Kevin has launched over 20 businesses that have grown to over $100 million in sales each, has been involved in more than a dozen public companies, and has launched over 500 products generating more than $5 billion in sales worldwide with iconic brands and celebrities such as Jack Lalanne, Tony Little, George Foreman, and the new I-Grow hair restoration product on QVC. Kevin has extensive experience in business all over the world, opening distribution outlets in over 100 countries worldwide. His success led Mark Burnett to hand pick Kevin to become an Original Shark on Shark Tank where he filmed over 175 segments.
He is a co-founder of the EO (Entrepreneurs Organization), which has grown to 45 countries and thousands of members, generating over $500 billion of member sales. In 1990, co- founded the global direct to consumer organization and trade show, the Electronic Retailers Association (ERA). Today ERA is the exclusive trade association to represent a global $350-billion direct-to-consumer market place, encompassing 450 different companies in 45 countries.

In 2004 Michael Fugler acquired US EURO Securities, Inc., a boutique investment banking firm, and focused on the micro-cap, small-cap sector, providing international services that are customarily only available to much larger companies. Mr. Fugler opened satellite offices serving three continents, offering a range of traditional investment banking and international services, including American, European, and Asian-Pacific roadshows with an emphasis on exchange listing, private placements, public offerings, international institutional exposure, international research coverage, and cross-border market entry and development.
In 1996 Mr. Fugler launched an investment banking career by joining I-Bankers Securities and heading up a New York office as a principle and partner. Mr. Fugler was responsible for investment banking negotiation and documentation of transaction terms, due diligence, all aspects of the transaction process, coordinating legal, auditing and issuer development, and completion of offering and marketing materials. Mr. Fugler helped develop I-Bankers investment banking and built a plan to succeed in international small cap equity markets by opening and working out of European satellite offices. Mr. Fugler traveled throughout Europe with issuers for roadshow presentations to institutional investors, giving small cap issuers access to capital markets and institutional investors access to choice small cap investments. Mr. Fugler focused on investment banking, international presence, IPO and private placement origination, institutional distribution, innovative approach, integrity, and insight.
Mark Simo co-founded popular brand No Fear, Inc. in 1989. He also co-founded Orange 21, Inc. (formerly known as Spy Optic Inc.) and served as its Chief Executive Officer from October 2006 to September 2008 where he oversaw strategic initiatives to improve operations. Additionally, he developed new growth strategies for the core Spy Optic business. Since September 1990, he has served as CEO of No Fear, Inc. And from February 1984 to August 1990, he served as Vice President of Life’s A Beach, an apparel company.
Mr. Simo served as the CEO of Spy Optic Inc. from August 1994 to July 2004. He also served as the Chairman of Orange 21 Inc. from August 1994 to October 16, 2006 and as its Co-Chairman since October 16, 2006. Additionally, he has been a Director of No Fear, Inc. since September 1990 and served as Director of Orange 21 Inc. from August 1994 to December 2008.
